I have pain in my hip bones and sometimes I find it very difficult to even turn on the bed on my own. My doctors gave me Calcirol a powder form of calcium with vitamin D to be taken every week once with milk.
Does this mean that I have oesteoporosis?

Your site seems to be doing it best to give a lot of vital information. Care should be taken that this is only general advice and more thorough check ups are needed even if the check up comes out fine.

I am 35, run about 15 miles per week, and do a half marathon twice a year. I weigh 120 lbs and am 5'4" tall. I used a blood pressure machine at a local pharmacy that said I was 60/38 blood pressure. It has been going lower and lower since I've been running. Could this be a problem?
