First off I am 42 and I have huge bone structure and my body shape is not pear, it's hourglass. I have high levels of hypothyroidism, PCOS and high triglycerides levels. And I live in a very shady neighborhood where I cannot go out for walks, I live in a stingy apartment where there's no space to workout. I cannot afford a gym or fancy food because I have income to sustain my medication and four members of family. So what suggestions would you have for me me?

With bust being 45 in im considered top hourglass. I also have hypothyroidism and I'm 46. But c'est la vie! But this is good info for the most part. Thank you very much.

I suffer with real bad social anxiety another form of anxiety disorder and I'm a schizophrenic and stressing makes me feel quite tense a lot of time also need something to calmimg brain because my schizophrenia rase my mind need something quite strong Meds to do this can you sagest something to help thanks

It's hard to estimate activity level. I do vigorous exercise for 40 minutes 4 times a week, but I'm quite sedentary the rest of those days, studying or watching stuff online. The other 3 days I work, I get about 6-7000 steps a day on average during a shift but these are not the same as steps from brisk walking. I said moderately active cause I read that moderate exercise 3-5 times a week puts you in that category, but I just don't know my calorie requirements seem pretty high. Still a really good tool using all those measurements, and I have the exact same issue with other tools anyways.

Wrong result. I am 56 yrs and result said I have already outlived my countrymen...my country avg is 67 yrs
