Welcome to Online Mini Health Checkup - a comprehensive utility that serves as a guideline to help you know your overall health status including your BMI, body shape, blood pressure, blood sugar, fitness and life expectancy along with free health risk assessment.



Keep a tape-measure handy and enter the details of your body measurement as required by the calculator.

At the second and third level you could also enter information related to your diet, lifestyle and fitness and get more out of this calculator; however this is not compulsory. Once all the data are entered a detailed health report will be generated to explain each result and the risk factors involved. I suffer with real bad social anxiety another form of anxiety disorder and I'm a schizophrenic and stressing makes me feel quite tense a lot of time also need something to calmimg brain because my schizophrenia rase my mind need something quite strong Meds to do this can you sagest something to help thanks

It's hard to estimate activity level. I do vigorous exercise for 40 minutes 4 times a week, but I'm quite sedentary the rest of those days, studying or watching stuff online. The other 3 days I work, I get about 6-7000 steps a day on average during a shift but these are not the same as steps from brisk walking. I said moderately active cause I read that moderate exercise 3-5 times a week puts you in that category, but I just don't know my calorie requirements seem pretty high. Still a really good tool using all those measurements, and I have the exact same issue with other tools anyways.

While otherwise nice, I am not a pear body shape. They need to ask for bust size to get proper body shape because my hips and bust almost match up in size and would put me in the hourglass shape, not a pear.

i am obese 1, but am a small frame? i am supposed to be between 111 - 124 lbs when i look wonderful and was told by my dr to keep it at 140 [which i didn't due to depression meds]. nice to know my calorie intake requirements. can't drunk sugary drinks because they're bad for you. can't drink died because it causes cancer. i plan to come back and re-take this assessment when my measurements and weight change, which i've been working on for 2 months.
