my bp is 97/110 and am feeling in depression mood, so, how could i overcome and give me remedies to get normal

i feel sleepy all the time and fainted while standing or even lyin on bed. is this is due to low blood pressure.

My 14 yr old son has extreme low blood pressure and is finding it very difficult to concentrate. On school days, particularly when there is no sport to participate in he becomes quite depressed and cannot focus in lessons. Obviously hormones are playing a part here also. He has been seen by a top Pediatric Cardiologist who thankfully gave his heart the all clear so we now have to learn to live with his condition. In order to avoid steroids I am looking for any natural remedies? All suggestions are welcome. Thank you.
