Is renewal of Delhi Pharmacy Registration requires necessarily Delhi residence proof? What will happen if I change my residence to NOIDA?

Sir, I am a registered pharmacist in Delhi Pharmacy Council and working in Delhi Government as Pharmacist since last five years. I have acquired my educational qualifications from Delhi. Now I have shifted from Delhi to NOIDA as the Delhi Government Flat allotted to my Father[Ex Central Government Employee], where I was living with him, has been surrendered by him on attaining the age of superannuation. Now I want to get my Pharmacy Registration renewed, but Delhi Pharmacy Council Authority is not doing so on the ground that I am not having residence proof of Delhi. Kindly help me how to get my registration renewed?
