It doesn't have any additional information here about this, but if a mother is RH- and her fetus is RH+, there are drugs that the doctor can give you to prevent RH disease of the fetus so you don't risk still birth or need a transfusion...I have RH- blood and was given the drug WinRho twice during my pregnancy.
