Dear sirs, I had taken United India MEDICLAIM in 1999. The claim covers self and wife, The premium started very low and and now touched nearly 14000/-. I have not taken the services of any AGENT. Till to-day I have not taken even 1 Rs benifit from this nor I hadtake any free medical check-up offered by them. While taking It was a single polocy covering self and wife. In 2010 march they have split the policy into 2 with terms and conditions different. Even after repeated visits they are not giving any reply. This year till to day I have not recieved any communication from the TPA. Can you please throw some light on this and help me get a satisfying explanation on this. I will be highly obliged. Thanking you, G.Raghupathy Sarma, Mob: 093421 36715 email : [email protected]
