my blood pressure is always high in the morning 170/84 and higher in the mornings why is this i am taking 6 pills a day for my pressure still high in the mornings

i am 25 yrs age my BP IS 151/80

I suffered high BP with 160/100 readings in April then i went to doctor and still i am having treatment from him. From last three months i was having normal reading 120/80 but when last time i went again the reading was 140/100. Please tell me why it happens and what kind of dietry precautions i should take to prevent from High Blood Pressure and tell me overweight play role in this disease or not. If YES then what kind of exercises i should adopt to loose weight so that i can prevent from this disease.([email protected])

I am 61 years diagnosed with pre-hypertension at 140/89 four months ago. I am using atacand plus and bought a BP instrument an OMRON HEM-432C.I am now getting average readings of:
119/68 @ Pulse 79
128/78 @ pulse68
136/87@ pulse 69.
Appreciate your advice.

my 14 yr old male nephew's BP, after a basketball try out, recorded as 140/90. he was sent to a pedia next day and bp was taken at 150/90. he was given a diuretic and BP went down to 130/70. is this alarming?

I had two readings, i.e. 142/89, next time 142/92. my physician recommended Simvastatin, one a day for 30 days and a blood pressure monitoring every 12 hrs. In four days I average a 128-80 pressure. Please comment.
