Aspirin Use Prolongs Survival in Head and Neck Cancer

Regular use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as aspirin and ibuprofen for at least six months improved the overall five-year survival of head and neck cancer patients with altered PIK3CA gene from 25 to 78 percent, reveals a new study.
