Side effect(s) of Abarelix

Genitourinary - Hot flushes, pain, breast enlargement, breast pain/nipple tenderness, painful urination, urination frequency, nausea, urinary retention and urinary tract infection.

Central Nervous System - Sleep disturbances, dizziness, syncope, headache, and fatigue.

Heart - Hypotension, peripheral edema.

Miscellaneous - Allergic reactions, back pain, constipation, swelling in the extremities, temporary redness of face and neck, upper respiratory tract infection and diarrhea.

Other Precautions : * Avoid excess dosage.

Drug Name : Abarelix

Abarelix is used to treat prostate cancer for reducing the symptoms and to increase the quality of life in patients. It affects the secretion of testosterone in the body and thereby arrests the growth of prostate cancer.
