During tubectomy fallopian tube is cut and ligated.Then howcome the ovum reach the ligated fallopian tube to have a normal menustral flow.

hi i had a section last august and followed by tubectomy. since then i am atleast 2 to 3 severe pain attacks in a month in the right side of the lower abdomen. it lasts for 3 days and does not let me work. all my reports have been normal. no gynaecologist could identify y problem. i am using chemoral forte. can any one answer my querie regarding the diagnosis or did anyone face the same problem. thanks in advance
