Frequent sauna bathing may reduce the risk of elevated blood pressure by 50%, when compared to people who had sauna only once a week, found a study published in American Journal Of Hypertension. The same researchers have previously shown that frequent sauna bathing reduces the risk of sudden cardiac death, and cardiovascular and all-cause mortality.
