Pregnant women may be safe while exercising in warm weather or while taking short hot baths or sauna without the risk of increased body temperature that might harm their unborn baby. Soon to-be mums can safely engage in up to 35 minutes of high-intensity aerobic exercise, contrary to the popular belief that pregnant women should not participate in these exercises.
