Diet control and exercise are only the ways to reduce obesity. If the fat is at alarming level based on tests, you can go for some bariatric surgery.

Obesity is a complex disorder involving an excessive amount of body fat. Obesity isn't just a cosmetic concern. It increases your risk of diseases and health problems such as heart disease, diabetes and high blood pressure. Exercise of course plays a very important role but treatment for obesity begins and ends with A Diet Plan. But this is precisely where we fail to persist. We start off really well though. An all fruit diet or a bowl of steamed veggies for breakfast. No looking at junk food.

Obesity in children is also emerging as a major problem now-a-days, let alone the adults. The smartest way to keep oneself fit at any age is to eat healthy, perform good exercises [which cause movement of each and every part of the body], stock up on sleep and be aware of the problems obesity can cause.

Exercise is very important- this keeps your metabolic process up, makes parts of your muscles stronger, and tends to make your heart more powerful. When you have your heartbeat up for a period of time, you deliver much more oxygen to your internal organs!
Exercise should be at the minimum 30 minutes a day(cardiorespiratory) and Strength/Resistance instruction to build muscle 3 times a week.
In order to observe change in your body nevertheless, you must push your own limits. Exercise is not there to be "easy" it is there to problem you and make yourself feel good.
