I have repeated head ache. Most of the time my head ache is on one side of head.
I feel nausea and stiff neck during head ache. if I don't take medicine, head ache does not cure even after sleep or rest.
When pain increase, I start vomiting.
generally I take combiflame or crocin advance-half tablet for head ache.
My head ache starts generally when I have stressful day , sleep less than 7 hous and take tension.
Please give your suggestion.
Also advice me if I need to see a neurologist

Can you please suggest Supplements in tablet form with magnesium, vit B12 and Q10 to prevent headache.
