A survey conducted by The Centre for Corporate Health, found that nearly 50% of Australian workers are not happy working in an environment filled with tension, especially if the boss is unable to sort it out in a mature way. Workplace issues have often affected the mental health of employees. Survey showed that employees preferred to quit a job than deal with office tension. Often, unresolved workplace issues led to psychological problems among employees. Out of 1554 people surveyed, two-thirds were not very happy with their managers and 82% said they were not very comfortable going to human resources with a problem in the workplace.
