Ellodanam (Sesame Rice)


Preparation

Ingredients

Black Sesame seeds - 50 gm
Chilly - 1
Pepper - ½ Spoon
Black Gram - 50 gm
Rock Salt - To Taste

Method

  1. Wash the sesame seeds well
  2. Roast it in a dry tawa
  3. Roast the black gram, chilly and pepper
  4. Add salt and grind the ingredients in the mixer
  5. Add this powder to the cooked rice
  6. Add a spoon of sesame oil to it
  7. Mix well and serve
