Rice - 1 Cup
Curd - 1 Cup
For Seasoning
Mustard - 1 Spoon
Curry Leaves - Few
Asafetida - 1 Pinch
Ginger - 1 Piece
Salt - To taste


  1. Cook 1 cup of rice
  2. Allow it to cool by itself
  3. Add curd and mix well
  4. Season it with mustard, curry leaves, asafetida and ginger
  5. Add salt
  6. Mix well and serve
