Little Hogweed Leaves

Indications:

  • Reduces Pitta
  • Increases the secretion of breast milk

  • Smoothens and protects the mucus membranes

    • Bleeding disorders
    • Gonorrhea
    • Bitta diseases
    • Dysentery
    • Body heat

Preparation:

Ingredients:

  • Hogweed leaves – 2 bunches
  • Mung dhal – 1
  • Mustard – 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida – 1 pinch
  • Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  • Ghee – 2 tsp
  • Rock salt – according to taste

Method:

Separate the leaves. Wash and chop them. Cook the mung dhal well in water. When mung dhal is cooked, add the chopped leaves, add little rock salt and cook for few minutes till the leaves become tender. Season with asafoetida, mustard and cumin seeds using ghee.

Dear sir, I read the health benefits of mint leaves. Many are not aware of this. It is amazing that it can cure digestive disorders, liver disorders, vomiting etc. I thank you sir for the information. This must be made known to the public in popular news papers or TV. I have a personal problem. I have stomach irritation, belching and regurgitation after every meal. English medicines are not very effective. Some kind of home remedy, I shall greatly appreciate.
