    Dosage & When it is to be taken (Indications)

    IV/IM- The recommended dose is 1.5 to 2 mg/kg loading dose, followed by 1 to 1.7 mg/kg every 8 hours or 5 to 7 mg/kg every 24 hours.

    Stomach upset, vomiting, fatigue and pale skin.
