There are very few contraindications to D&C. They are:

 If a patient is too ill to undergo surgery.

 If the patient is unable to move her legs apart, such as with severe arthritis in the hips.

 If the patient has problem with clotting mechanism of the body.

can anaphylaxis occur during dilatation and curretage due ton senseitization to died baby????????????

i had a d&C for a 5 week 3 days pregnancy. everything is normal. bled for four days and dr has prescribed birth control pills for 21 days. My problem is that my waist size has increased and when can i expect my periods to come.
