Sugar Free Foods, Cereals

With India having the highest incidence of diabetes the market for sugar free foods has greatly opened up. Such products are lower in calories and carbohydrates. One should to read and understand the amount of sugar and carbohydrate on the label. It is important to see the nutrition information per portion to make sure that we eat the right amount.

It is important to understand that sugar is not the only enemy in sweets. One needs to control calories in the meals to keep diabetes in check check or even to prevent it. One may end up consuming too much calories and fat even with sugar free biscuits, icecreams, chocolates, sweets, beverages if the portion sizes are not limited.

Also regular use of sweeteners is associated with health problems like acidity, memory loss.

Self control with dieting and exercise would still be the best. I also believe that losing weight has to be done gradually, else, impending complications might happen to the body. For morbidly obese people who can't seem to lose weight, diet pills can be an option. It's true that most diet pills, if taken in the wrong manner can bring real dangers to the body. Now to know the right one for you, try asking an expert or seek medical advice before popping those pills. That's what I did with prescopodene. While on the pill, I took advantage of the energy booster as somehow, being active can help you keep up with your gym sessions. Losing weight can never be easy, but it can be possible without having to suffer serious side effects. Just sharing my piece. Cheers!
