I AM ON WEEKLY THRICE DIALYSIS SINCE SIX YEARS MY AGE 32. MY HBP IS ALWAYAS 200/125.AND MY HEART IS WORKING ONLY 40 PERCENT. I ALWAYS FEEL VERY SICK AND SHORT BREATH.PLEASE ADVICE ME.

I feel problem of having High blood pressure sometimes. Doctor suggested me to do jogging regularly I followed the same and I found the result good. I used to do YOGA from last few days but I am finding breathing problems so I have stopped yoga from last 4-5 days. I was doing "KAPALBHATI PRANAYAM", "HALASAN","DHANURASAN", "CHAKRASAN","SARVANGASAN". Do the problem occurred due to this. I read in one book that some yoga increase high blood pressure is it possible so? please guide me which yogas are not to be done in high BP.

hi i am mirza my bp is alway at 150/100 my medications are not helping me in lowering it. The sodium level in my blood is more and the potassium level is less. What can i do to get it in control.
