Muscle relaxant in general anaesthesia- Adult: IM- As chloride: 3 to 4 mg/kg. Max total dose: 150 mg.Child: As chloride: <1 year: Up to 4 to 5 mg/kg; ≥1 year: Up to 4 mg/kg. Max dose: 150 mg.
