What are the Symptoms of Tooth Decay?

Cavities are usually painless until they grow very large inside the internal structures of the tooth i.e. the dentin and the pulp at the core.

Symptoms of tooth decay include -

  • Toothache, particularly after eating or drinking sweet or cold foods.
  • Color changes on the surface of the teeth
  • Visible pits or holes in the teeth
