A doctor in Safdarjung hospital in Delhi had declared that a baby was stillborn last week.

The baby was delivered after only seven months of pregnancy and weighed less than one kilogram. He was suffering from jaundice, said hospital authorities.
Meanwhile, an inquiry panel ordered by the hospital administration had charged two doctors with "error in judgement" for declaring him dead. A junior doctor was also directed to undergo a 15-day training on handling of newborn babies.
