Recent reports suggested that the 'Babyshambles' frontman had to be revived by medics after collapsing from a drug overdose shortly before a gig in Graz, Austria on August 25.
However, Doherty insists that the media stories were completely fabricated, and untrue.
"I know that was absolute rubbish. I was in Austria (but), I mean, between me and you... it would''ve been lovely to have enough stuff but there was nothing about," Contactmusic quoted him as telling MTV News.
"To be honest it was a really clean week - and it was complete rubbish," he added.
