On August 10, Naz Foundation was telephonically asked by the Global Arts Village to submit a written declaration stating that none of the participants were AIDS patients and that they will not be inviting anyone who is HIV positive.

The Naz Foundation refused to submit the declaration after which the Global Arts Village informed them that if they did not submit this declaration in writing their booking for the venue would be cancelled.
