 Never Skip Your Breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and one would do their health a whole lot of good not to miss it, a recent report has revealed.

Focusing on children, the report stated that a breakfast rich in carbohydrates but low in GI is ideal as it helps improve concentration. Not only that, a good breakfast boosts energy levels and helps children cope with the stress of academics in a better fashion.
