Moss, who is always seen with a cigarette in her hand, is blind to the health risks and is determined not to give up.

"It's who I am. I don't want to create a phony facade. I think I just have to be myself, otherwise I'd just be a paranoid mess," Contactmusic quoted her as saying.

Meanwhile, the supermodel wants to quit the "brain-damaging" world of modelling to concentrate on her fashion line.

Moss has been walking the catwalk for over 20 years, ever since Sarah Doukas (the founder of Storm Model Management) discovered her in 1988, at JFK Airport in New York City, after a holiday in the Bahamas.
