The cancer-stricken star was clutching cuddly toys when she finally left the hospital yesterday.
As she got home, a wave of excitement ran through her two sons, Freddie, three, and Bobby, five, who ran to their mother yelling "Mummy, Mummy".
Wiping her tears, Goody put up a brave face as they hugged outside her home in Upshire, Essex.
"She's just relieved to be home," The Sun quoted a pal, as saying.
Goody will be returning to the hospital on Sept 29.
