Gwyneth Paltrow unveiled her latest diet plan to start a healthier and brisker new year. The actress said she is starting off with Clean, which consists of tasty protein shakes, supplements and one solid meal a day. "Next week, when it's back to the grind with work and the daily school run, I'm starting off with Clean, my go-to cleanse from Dr. Alejandro Junger," the Telegraph quoted the 39-year-old mother-of-two as writing on her lifestyle website Goop, Paltrow claimed the 275 pounds Clean cleanse will help her "lose a few pounds" and kickstarts a healthier and "more energetic new year."
