Pop singer Gwen Stefani, who tried to keep her pregnancy a secret during a tour last year, had to struggle a lot to hide her swollen belly. And she ended some nights in tears.

The singer, who gave birth to her son Kingston last year, had to go through nine costume changes on certain days, ananova.com reports.

She said: "It was terrible. I was bloated and just felt so gross." Stefani is married to rocker Gavin Rossdale.
