Citing examples of social work done by people across the country, Prime Minster Narendra Modi urged people to contribute in nation-building by doing social work.
Modi also talked about Javed Ahmad, who was disabled after being attacked by terrorists in Kashmir in 1996. The Prime Minister said, "Javed, who is almost disabled, is contributing in education by imparting education to school children. He did his masters in social work and is leading a silent revolution now. He should be an example for the entire nation and we should get inspired by his work."
