Heart - Low blood pressure, chest pain or heavy feeling, pain spreading to the arm or shoulder, slow, fast, or pounding heartbeats.

Central Nervous System - Headache, dizziness, feeling like you might pass out.

Ear, Nose and Throat - Stuffy nose, inflammation of face and nasopharynx, difficulty in breathing, decrease in vision, eye pain.

Gastrointestinal - Severe abdominal pain, indigestion, nausea, gastritis, dry mouth.

Miscellaneous - Fluid retention, fatigue, muscle spasms, back pain, hives, urination problems.

Other Precautions : * Avoid excess dosage.

Amlodipine, Valsartan and Hydrochlorothiazide(Exforge HCT) generic contains calcium channel blocker, angiotensin II receptor blocker, and thiazide diuretic, prescribed for high blood pressure.
