How to Take Torsemide and it's Dose

It comes as a tablet to take by mouth, with or without food.

Dosage & When it is to be taken

PO- The recommended dose range is 2.5 – 200mg/day.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

Contraindicated in patients with anuria (absence of urination), and hypersensitivity.

Drug Name : Torsemide

This medication is a pyridine-sulfonylurea type loop diuretic, prescribed for hypertension, congestive cardiac failure, chronic renal failure and hepatic cirrhosis.
