• Caution should be exercised in patients with history of asthma, gout, heart problems, liver, gallbladder, or kidney problems; high blood cholesterol, diabetes, systemic lupus erythematosus, alcoholism, decrease in blood minerals, any allergy, who are taking other medications, children, elderly, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.• It may cause drowsiness, dizziness, or light-headedness, do not drive a car or operate machinery and sit up or stand slowly, while taking this medication.
• Monitor kidney function, parathyroid function, blood pressure, blood electrolytes, blood sugar level regularly while taking this medication.
