This medication is a bacteria that exists naturally in the body, primarily in the intestines and the vagina. It helps to prevent harmful bacterial growth.
Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity and intestinal damage or infection.
Children ≥3 years of age: The recommended dose is 2 capsules 2–4 times daily.
Adults- The recommended dose is 2 capsules 2–4 times daily.
It comes as a capsule to take by mouth as directed by your physician.
• Caution should be exercised in patients with history of weakened immune system, any allergy, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
