This medication is a hematopoietic stem cell mobilizer, used to multiply stem cells in patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma and multiple myeloma along with granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF).

Contraindicated in patients with leukemia and hypersensitivity.
