A Boston woman is disgruntled at the treatment meted out to her at a gym where she was a member and used the service regularly.
The accusation was against the manager of Planet Fitness Gym, who allegedly spoke to the lady in question in a rude and unprofessional manner when she refused to abide by the rules of not answering phone calls during a work out.

Tina Santoro Asmar said she received an unexpected call from her doctor while she was on the machine at Planet Fitness, where she is a member. She answered the call without stepping off the machine.
The manager approached her in a rude manner and asked her to get off the phone and if she continued she may have to lose the membership at the gym.
Completely unnerved by the behavior of the manager, she said, "The Planet Fitness manager's reaction was extremely aggressive and threatening. It scared me. No one deserves to be spoken to in this manner. I spent two days trying to get in touch with corporate with no response."
She clarified that she was not in a position to answer the call by leaving the work space as her iPad was hooked to the elliptical.
The management at Plant Gym clarified that the lady had been warned even earlier about cell phone use and has repeatedly gone against the rule. Contrary to what has been portrayed, the lady's reaction was extremely unprofessional and rude.
