Wellograph has quietly released its own fitness smart watch, the Sapphire Wellness Watch.
While much of the focus has been on Apple and Samsung’s offering when it comes to smart wearables, Wellograph has quietly released its own fitness smart watch, the Sapphire Wellness Watch. The watch was first unveiled at CES 2014 and is the first to come with a sapphire screen. Priced at $320, the watch comes with basic fitness tracking features, including a motion sensor and heart rate monitor, though initial reports suggest problems with the total length of the distance run.
The watch has been fitted with an LED array and optical sensor that tracks the heart beat while the internal accelerometer is able to store up to four months of data on its memory.
