OJ’s Inmate Claims Convicted Star Could Die in Three Months Due to ‘Severe Diabetes’
Former American football star OJ Simpson, who was sentenced to a 33-year jail sentence, is reported to be suffering from high blood pressure and severe diabetes.
According to the Daily Star, an unnamed fellow inmate has said that Simpson's doctors have told him that he could die in as little as three months owing to his eating habits.

The inmate said that 66 year old Simpson lounges all day in his prison bunk and gets up only to gorge on sugary treats and added that OJ doesn't care as he knows that he is never going to get out of prison and hence refuses to take care of himself.

Simpson was cleared of murdering ex-wife Nicole Brown and her friend Ronald Goldman in Los Angeles in 1994 but was later found liable for their deaths in a civil lawsuit brought by the victims' families and was also sentenced to 33 years for the kidnap and armed robbery of two sports -memorabilia dealers in a Las Vegas hotel.

However, Simpson's lawyer Ozzie Fumo dismissed the claims and said that he spent a lot of time with Simpson preparing for the retrial motion and he never once mentioned diabetes and he seemed fine, the report added.
