Actress Lindsay Lohan was arrested Tuesday in Santa Monica, California, for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol.
Lohan had completed treatment for alcohol addiction at a rehabilitation facility earlier this month and had been sporting a device to monitor her blood alcohol content.She was apprehended after reportedly chasing another car driven by the mother of her former personal assistant, E-online reported.
In addition to recording an elevated blood alcohol level, police found a small amount of cocaine in Lohan's pockets.
The 21-year-old posted $25,000 bail and is to appear in court Aug 23.
Lohan had been arrested in May for drunken driving before beginning six weeks in the Promises rehab facility.
