During a study, French scientists found that a combination of 13 different fruit juice is healthy for the heart.Laboratory tests pointed out that consumption of such a fruit juice blend helped improved blood flow to the heart and caused artery walls to relax.

"The fact that several berries including raspberry, blackberry, boysenberry and elderberry had little biological activity despite having a high level of polyphenols indicates that the qualitative composition of the polyphenolic content is important for the biological activity," researchers said.
