Drinking Four Glasses of Wine in One Night can be Detrimental to Health, Say Scientists

Only 'one too many' glasses of wine can cause significant harm to the body, reveal scientists.

According to the researchers, women drinking four or more alcoholic drinks over two hours (five or more for men) risk causing bugs to leak from the gut, sending levels of dangerous toxins in the blood soaring, the Daily Express reported.
