A new study has said that women's faces are in danger at the hands of people who are giving botox injections with just half a day's training behind them.
The Independent Healthcare Advisory Service (IHAS) revealed that many firms in the UK are offering botox lessons, but dozens of them do not have any medical background. Many "students" pay £350 for a half-day course to £600 for a day. Some of them learn to inject botox into oranges.

A site called treatmentsyoucantrust.co.uk has sought to remedy this situation by listing only qualified medical botox practitioners. "When the injector has little or no knowledge of the facial anatomy, it can lead to permanent physical damage," spokeswoman Sally Taber told The Sun.

The Department of Health has expressed its happiness at this initiative.
