Accelerating Organ Donation Through Driving License

'In the end is my beginning' T.S.Elliot
This is not only the story of organ donation but also of all the activities of MOHAN Foundation. The closing ceremony of 'Rally for Life'marks the beginning of another campaign - a campaign to include the 'clause of organ donation on the driving license.'

With 80,000 deaths on the road and almost 40,000 of them being brain death annually, this simple inclusion on our driving license has the power to save many lives and wipe away all the shortage of organs and also the stigma of kidney sale.

The function for this noble initiative is planned along closing ceremony function of Rally for Life at -  Hotel Accord Metropolitan Hotel, GN Chetty Road, on Sunday, 20th September 2009 at 10.30 AM.
