Side effect(s) of Pralsetinib

•General: Tiredness, decreased white blood cells, hemoglobin, sodium, phosphate, decreased calcium
•Heart: Hypertension
•Digestive: Constipation, increased liver enzymes
•Joints: Joint pain

Other Precautions :

•Patients should report to a health provider if there are new or worsening respiratory symptoms – the drug may cause pneumonia.
•Patients should be monitored for blood pressure regularly.
•The drug may impair wound healing. Temporary interruption of the drug is recommended prior to any elective surgery
•The drug may cause liver problems. Monitor regularly the liver function tests during and after treatment.
•The drug may decrease the levels of phosphate. So phosphate levels are to be monitored regularly.
