Miscellaneous- Acne, muscle pain, reduced breast size, irritation of the nose, depression, convulsion, stomach pain, shortness of breath, chest pain, rash, severe itching, allergic reaction, osteoporosis. Rare cases of pituitary apoplexy (due to infarction of the pituitary) have been observed in patients on nafarelin.
Do not stop the medication, without your healthcare provider's advice.
