4.Tell your healthcare provider if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant, are breastfeeding or plan to breastfeed.
5.It is better to take other medicines at least 4 hours before or 4 hours after you take ferric maltol.

Other Precautions :
1.Ferric maltol may increase the chance of Inflammatory bowel disorder (IBD), due to an increase in chances of inflammation (swelling and irritation) of the gastrointestinal tract.
