How to Take Tricarbocyanine and it's Dose

It comes as a powder (diluted with fluid) for injection, to be administered by a healthcare provider via a cardiac catheter into selected sites.

Dosage & When it is to be taken

The usual dose for- Adults -5.0 mg.
Children -2.5 mg.
Infants -1.25 mg.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

Hypersensitivity.

This medication is a sterile tricarbocyanine dye, prescribed for determining heart function, liver function, and ophthalmic angiography.
